Eddie is a regular in the evening classes and has recommitted to being consistent with his health and wellness. His sense of humor and attitude always creates a fun atmosphere, even when the workout is just gross. Keep showing up Eddie – we are proud of you!

 

Warm Up
5 minutes of braking a sweat (row/bike/run/jump rope)

Then 2 rounds
Gorilla walk down/ bear crawl back (hips down)
10 hollow rocks
5 seated external rotations/arm @ 3011
5 squat holds + reach/side (from THORACIC FLOW)
3 6-pt Zeniths/side

As a group; BULLY STRETCH

Strength/Skill
2 Snatch Grip Push Press + 1 snatch balance + 1 OHS

Take 15-20 minutes to build over 6-7 sets to a moderately challenging weight

WOD
4 minute AMRAP at 80%
8 TTB
8 medball over shoulders, alternating shoulders
30 DU

Rest 4 minutes

repeat at 90% effort
