Chances are when we are performing power cleans for a lot of us the front rack is our limiting factor. Here are some mobility tips to better that position and make the catch in our clean much easier.

Warm Up
1-2 rounds

Partner Warm up
1 partner bikes or rows while other partner does 20 scorpions - switch 
1 partner bikes or rows while other partner does 10 walking planks - switch 
1 partner bikes or rows while other partner does 15 light KBS - switch 
1 partner bikes or rows while other partner does 10 goblet squats - switch

Then Thoracic Flow

Strength/Skill
Overhead Squat (OHS)

Spend 15 minutes to find a challenging weight for 5 reps (try for heavier than last time we did 5 reps)

4 rounds, 1x every 5 minutes

Row 250 m
10 NPU burpee
8 heavy WB
