Come celebrate your holiday fitness with our classes at 8 am and 9:30 am today. Tomorrow, CrossFit Nittany will be closed for Christmas. We will re-open on December 26 and have our normal class schedule starting with our 8 am class.

5) 3 minute AMRAP: 15 NPU burpees, 20 KBS

6) 3 minute AMRAP: 10 alternating DB snatches, 15 goblet squats
